Five Ways To Treat Yourself With One4All Gift Cards

Regular readers know I’m a big advocate of self-care, especially for parents and especially during the stressful, festive season.  You can’t pour from an empty cup, as they say, so it’s really important we take the time to take care of ourselves, as well as our families.  Today I’m teaming up with One4All gift cards to share five different ideas for treating yourself this winter.

Spa Seekers

Let’s begin with the obvious; the ultimate in me-time indulgence – a visit to a spa.  Although the more costly option I personally don’t think it gets much better than this in terms of self-care, relaxation and an opportunity to practice mindfulness (something I’m a huge fan of).  A One4All card gives you access to spa booking service SpaSeekers who, in turn, offer you the chance to book breaks at over 350 spas from around the country.  So if your loved ones are looking for gift ideas make sure you drop these hints (and if they want to throw in some babysitting duties too, all the better!)

Let me entertain you

If a spa is too mellow for you why not put some time aside to visit the cinema with your other half or take in a play or musical.  Musicals are one of my all time favourite nights out and I’m incredibly excited to be going to see Phantom for the second time, for Hubs birthday in February.  One4All cards can be used at both Empire cinemas and online at Theatre Tokens so you should be able to find something close to home.

A new look?

As busy parents it’s really easy to let our appearance go a little.  I love a onesie day as much as the next girl but there is something really exciting and indulgent about choosing some new threads, accessories and make-up.  One4All cards are accepted at dozens of high street and online retailers but my personal favourites are New Look for clothes, Links of London for jewellery and Feel Unique for beauty products.

Getting cozy with a good book is a fantastic example of self-care on a budget.  If I can drag myself away from Scandal, I intend to get engrossed in Paula Hawkin’s newest novel Into The Water.

Indulge At Home

Self-care doesn’t have to be expensive or extravagant though – if you manage to get a few hours to yourself this winter why not create your own little me time haven at home – new cozy PJs, new bath products and a few hours with your favourite book or music could be just what the doctor ordered to keep you sane and serene.

  1. What a lovely giveaway, I have bought One4all cards before but didn’t realise you could use them for the above xxx

  2. I’ve also recently started yoga which I’m hoping to help myself through bipolar. To treat my mind & body. I’d use the One4All gift card towards a yoga outfit

  3. These one4all gift cards can be used in so many different ways at so many different places that you can always find something yo would love

  4. If lucky enough to win I would definitley put the card towards a new clothes style. This is especially important as on a strict diet at the moment hoping to show off a little more of my body this coming summer.
