Last week I shared my love for fresh and gorgeous new baby & toddler brand Perky Panda. Today I wanted to share one of the beautiful Edamame sweaters they sent me, which Caterpillar kindly agreed to model in exchange for a lovely walk by the beach and an ice cream!
Edamame is one of several lovely ranges Perky Panda carry. They cater for toddlers and children aged 1-6 and their clothing is made from a unique yarn made of soy, wheats and oats. I love the idea of kids clothing that is completely natural and it’s very noticeable when you touch the fabric too. It’s incredibly soft, in fact I wish they made adult clothes just so I could wear them too (I did rub it against my cheek a few times – true story).
The jumper we received is a v-neck in cream & grey stripe and has the adorable edamame bean symbol. You can also buy the same style in frappe & grey, as well as lots of other items in a variety of cute colours – t-shirts, dungarees, hoodies and skirts to name only a few.
I love that, with a v-neck, you can dress it either up or down and I just adore how it looks with these camel shorts Caterpillar is wearing, but it would also look fab over jeans and a t-shirt. It’s soft but lightweight so can even suit this time of year when our British “summer” gets a little cooler in the late afternoon/early evening.
You can really feel the quality of the material and these items would make a lovely present too. I was a little concerned about washing it but it actually comes up really well.
If you’d like to get your hands on something from Perky Panda’s Edamame range then feel free to hop over to last week’s post and enter the giveaway I’m running to win a £25 voucher.
Disclosure: We received this jumper in exchange for an honest review, words and opinions are all my own.
